Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy:
Delivery time is dependent on the shipping option of
the customers’ choice. You will receive a shipping
notification once your order has been processed.
You will be provided with a tracking number for your order, to ensure package arrives and Customer is able to see shipping updates.
Processing Time:
Due to the appreciated growth in our business, our Processing time is now 6 business days.
We will then package and prepare your order for shipping approximately 2 days AFTER our 6 day Processing time. Your order will then be shipped and you will receive a email including your tracking number for your order. USPS TRANSIT time can be 4-5 days to receive your order via USPS. USPS International Shipping can range from 1 to 4 weeks to receive your order. (Estimated not guaranteed)
PreOrder items:
PreOrder are items we sell ahead of our upcoming release date, so you can for sure make sure you get your items before we sell out! Once we receive your order, we begin packaging and preparing for shipping in which you'll receive a confirmation email with your order tracking number and details. With Pre-Orders you can expect your order to be shipped/in transit to you within 5 days - 2 weeks from purchase date.

WhippedWonderlandSkincare is NOT responsible for incorrect information and or addresses that you provide related to your order. We will contact you in regards to your order being returned through the provided shipping service. If a response email WITH a CORRECT & UPDATED ADDRESS is not sent to WhippedWonderlandSkincare@gmail.com within 24hrs; we will NOT resend your order. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds are not accepted.

LOST/STOLEN ITEMS: Whippedwonderland Skincare is not
responsible for lost/stolen packages. We ensure all
orders are shipped to the address listed on the order &
are tracked to ensure delivery to the address
provided. If your package shows delivered you must
contact your local post office courier to locate your
package.
